Demon park is definitely the biggest butterfly effect in the game, because when you think about it, the entire competitive aspect that GD has is focused on getting through harder and harder levels, and since difficult levels were hated in the past, without the demon difficulty it still would continue the hate of hard levels forever, limiting creators to always do simple and easy gameplay. So, there would be two paths left, either the game would gradually lose its popularity because it was always the same thing and had a difficulty limit, or the game would have an artistic aspect that was much more relevant than its difficulty (which we know is what made Geometry dash being what we know, its difficulty and the pleasure of beating an extremely difficult demon level)

I think that if the Demon difficulty never existed, the standards for quality rated levels would've been much lower. Almost all of the game's most important online levels are demons, and there's a good chance we would've been stuck in 2014 at this rate. Also, I don't think RobTop would add support for Newgrounds songs in this scenario.

In a nutshell, if demons never existed, RobTop will randomise the difficulties with levels. For example, if a very hard level was rated auto then it would most likely be disliked. I do disagree with a lot because, theres no way creators wouldnt make a level as hard as demon park, someone else wouldve made a "demon park" which wouldve created another difficulty. Demon wouldve probably just taken a different name like "extreme". Creators would never restrain themself to the insane difficulty and robtop wouldve been forced to make a Demon-Like Difficulty at some point before 1.6 at least which would change a lot but "demons" wouldve still existed at some point, but most likely under a different name.

what about the people who verified the levels like bloodlust would they even be in the game or would they be in the game just a regular player?

I feel like regardless in time people would have made harder and harder lvls still its enevitable i feel every game has people tht want to get better might just have been slower to get to that point
