I would absolutely love if this game had the soundtrack weaved into the gameplay like a multikill will play like a certain riff in the song and repeat it or a finisher will louden the music. Another idea is that when your character is low health, for a couple of seconds the music slows down and gets softer before picking back up as the character's health becomes stable. I would love for more games to be stylized like this as I think it would make the game feel 'in sync' with the player like every action their character does is met by a reaction from the music. Maybe firing a minigun would use the riff from around 6:41 and feel like you are shooting WITH the music and not to it. Maybe shotguns could have more pulsing sounds in the track whereas something like a rocket luancher could have a build-up until a climactic explosion Just a thought...
@717UT2 жыл бұрын
Great idea. My only change would be if low on health, the music gets a little chaotic is a discordant and dissonant way, while maybe fading in and out. THAT would be intense.

I find this track much more recognizable and memorable than the previous one. Chorus riff is catchy, sounds are fantastic. Personally, I missed some heavier drops and crunchier slowdowns. Like, having a few bars of just bashing a sawn-off shotgun against the guitar for quarter notes kind of thing. But those are small details and personal preference.
