The ideologies in Hoi4 don't make much sense to begin with and get a lot of things wrong, but an "anarchy" with a state and military hierarchy takes the cake.

yeah, the way they modelled anarchism in HoI4 was quite lazy, but still cool that The Regional Defence Council of Aragon got representation, and that it's possible to make The Global Defence Council

Scenario suggestion: Early communist bloc. Germany became communist after WW1, communism then spreads to Poland (or maybe fully partitioned between Germany and USSR), Austria, Bulgaria, Italy (with a resistance on Sicily and Sardinia and the colonies), Finland, and Hungary. In China, Mao wins the civil war in 1927 thanks to Soviet and German aid (on the condition they return Qingdao to Germany) and unifies China (excluding Soviet puppet Sinkiang and Independent Tibet). They don't necessarily need to be in a single faction

Video Idea: What if the UK (not including it's puppets nor it's Collonies) stayed neutral when WW2 started but joined the Comintern when the Germans attacked the Soviet Union. (This would likely mean a change of goverment for example a civil war, and France would ally with the british puppets and collonies which would gain independence to form the allies to combat the Germans.) I'm sorry if it's a bit diffficult to understand but I wanted to be a bit more specific with the idea. Hope you like it.
