IT would reform into one moon again if there wasn't much push velocity, but if there was one, orbits would be extremly unstable and one eventually would hit other one making original moon's orbit more unstable and making orbit egg shaped, while rock matter would fall into earth, hit moon or orbit moon/earth

It's an interesting theory... but why would the Earth's rotation suddenly 'speed up'? The gravitational attraction between the moon and earth, isn't dependent on either speed. If the Earth is 'in-motion' it will continue to remain 'in-motion'. Whether this were a million miles per second, or one rotation per year... the speed will not be affected. Also, the moon has ZERO effect on the magnetic poles, since there is no magnetic attraction/repulsion between the Earth and moon. So again, it's interesting, but not well thought through as a hypothesis.
