In addition, at no time was it mention of time in and out of the the Quantum realm. Could they have figure out the Realm saved Scott? Maybe, but with what proof? The other option would be that Starlord and Gamora found Thanos before he destroyed the Stones and brought the entire teams to battle and get the Gauntlet back.

It was 80s and 90s Pop Culture, H. Pym and Scott Lang that ultimately created Time Travel in Endgame. It was the movie, BACK TO THE FUTURE Scott Lang referenced after experiencing 5 years in Five hours. Concurrently, this Universe was not pruned by the TVA as they said this was supposed to happen. The word SUPPOSED shows uncertainty, and from this We can theorize that if those dusted in the snap were not, and the Others were dusted, this may create a Paradox.

Actually I think because Scott was involved in Civil War, the Avengers might have looked into his history and how he became Ant Man so they probably have information about him, Hope and Hank on the main computer system at the Avengers Compound. And since Falcon and Scarlet Witch were on the Avengers before Civil War, that mean they could have access to the computer system (and maybe Spider Man as well since Tony was going to add him to the team in Homecoming and then he did in Infinity War). So if the remaining heroes tried to find other allies, they’d find Hope, Hank and Janet and they’d have a way to time travel.

I don’t think that’s how time travel worked on the MCU because in our original timeline, Tony created a bracelet that can manipulate and control where you want to go in time through the quantum realm so without tony, it wouldn’t be possible to bring everyone back

How I'd do the time travel Power Stone:Quill and Groot go to 2014. Groot returns with the stone while Quill goes to Gamora, gets captured and then Nebula uses some tech to make herself look like him Space Stone:Bucky and Sam go to the 1940's and take it. Sam has a conversation with Steve, similar to Tony and Howard (he calls himself Steve Fury) Reality Stone:Drax and Mantis go to 2014 and take it from the Collector without difficulties Soul Stone:T'Challa and Shuri take it with T'Challa sacrificing himself Time Stone:Peter and Doctor Strange meet the Ancient One in 2015 (who notes that Strange is 1 year to early). They easily get the stone anf return Mind Stone:Wanda and Hope go to 2015, to take the scepter from Ultron. There Wanda meets with Pietro, similar to Thor with Frieda

They only get the idea for the time machine because Scott came up with the idea after experiencing no time passing in the level of the quantum realm he was in. As far as Hank is concerned, Janet was in the quantum realm for decades and she experienced decades pass. As for the rest of the quantum realm. Hank was amazed at how much he didn't know when he went there in Ant Man Quantumania. He wouldn't have figured it out himself. In Endgame, the Avengers were incredibly fortunate to even find out about time travel and it came down to dumb luck by Scott suggesting something he thought of after watching films like back to the future. Hank studied the quantum realm for years and if he had any clue about using it for time travel, he could have gone back and saved Janet before she sacrificed herself.
