It's not odd at all, even the Austrian painter's party in our timeline (with italy) had supported one of the paramilitaries that later became the foundation for israel. And in kaisertum where it still works like the old order, germany would have the same reasoning as England or france to controlling it

Great Video, but I think Greece with the help of Bulgaria and maybe even Russia would do everything to get the whole coastline like they wanted in the Megali Idea. Even if Germany helped the Ottomans diplomatically Greece would at least get the whole Aegean coastline but not Bursa and so on. Great video, but why would Greece not annex the Anatolian side of the strait of Dardanelles and the Bosphorus? These lands were already majority Greek, and would be vital to secure the straits. This would also allow them to take Bursa, a very important city, with a strong Byzantine herritage.

Russia might have taken the biggest L ever joining the war because if they didn't, many turks would see them as friendly because persia invaded them and Germany did not join the war even though the ottomans would be one of their biggest allies meanwhile Russia could annex a humongous amount of land yet they didn't.

Kinda feel bad for the ottomans, but I wondered what the political landscape and/structure the Arab state uses, because they consists of so many princes that I’d wager that political fighting for control would commence. I also find it a bit hard to believe that Bulgaria wouldn’t push for more control in eastern Thrace or any more actual land gains beyond vague promises as they would be the country most at risk if the war went south and only are given assurances of the rest of Serbia if the Triple crown collapsed. When Bulgaria didn’t have any south Slavic ambitions aside from lands they believed were theirs in the Macedonia and generally high Bulgarian majority areas. The only other area their ambition was on was eastern Thrace or maybe the coast past Thessaloniki.
