I won't lie, I would *LOVE* an MMO with this engine... In my character headcanon he set up Ghostbusters in Los Angeles, along with a side franchise for R&D, “Ectotech.” It keeps revenue coming to the Ghostbusters on research and production of new applications. The first one is a reconfiguration of the proton pack for cancer treatment. The headcanon also includes Oscar Barrett-Venkman (gotta have the possibility he’d look up to Pete as a father figure who actually cared) as a student at UCLA. He has a hard science major but also a music minor (takes after his mother there).

The great thing about the story dynamic is that it allows the player to make a headcanon and it’d still work. Example: Ray: “What’s your name, kid?” Vince: “Well, I’m Vin…” Peter: “No, no names. We don’t want to get attached to the new kid.” The headcanon: the new kid was a hard science graduate, but having trouble getting on the door. His name was Dr. Vincent Peck. Yeah Walter was his dad, and Vince wasn’t too into his dad’s vendetta. Well, the kid needed a job. So…when William Atherton’s character comes up the stairs… Vincent (rolls eyes): “Hi dad.” (glance to Peter) “Hey, you were the one that told me no names.” 😊

He was graduating college when the Gozer incident happened, and he was finishing med school when the Vigo incident happened. Unfortunately he didn’t match that year (not uncommon, some docs need a couple more tries), and needed a job in the interim. So, thumbing through the classifieds, he sees the familiar logo, and didn’t he read an article about the Spengler noise reduction algorithms and how they could clarify imaging? He signed up.

Seeing the cutscene with everything intact makes me wish that we could have a new ghostbuster game in this style. Where you could have multiple paths, one where you destroy almost everything bringing your cred down. Then one where you cause minimal damage, raising it up.

PSTL, this was excellent. It's not often you find a fan project like this, where the Fan can CLEARLY stand on their own WITH the stars. Amazing job. The voice acting was perfect. Only ONE THING... ..the TSA didn't exist until (almost exactly) ten years after the events of this film/game. One flub, but the rest of this script was ROCK SOLID. This stands up with some of the best fan creations, no matter the genre or original media. Be proud. I LOVED this. This is really what I'd have called "Ghostbusters 3." Your comments MAKE it PERFECT.

Here's some ideas for when you're done with some of your games: Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's World Championship 2011 Over the Nexus. Another KZbinr said it's the best Yu-Gi-Oh video game you never played. Be funny to hear you play card games on motorcycles. Xenoblade Chronicles X. You'll get to fight another evil alien crime syndicate. And you'll eventually unlock and fight with super cool mechs. You can have your kids play and voice Agent 3,4, 8 and new Agent 3 in the Splatoon series. Persona 5 will be very time consuming, but it's addicting once you get the hang of it. And most of the villains will piss you off to no end.
