What if the Turkic-speaking world united as a single country in what many have coined as a "Greater Turkestan"? Pan-Turkism has a relatively short history compared to some irredentist movements, but a fascinating one nonetheless, as the Turkic peoples are unlike any ethnolinguistic group out there, as we'll discuss.
The Turkic peoples are scattered throughout Eurasia and beyond, having conquered, assimilated and intermixed with many diverse groups, leading to the extreme diversity in culture, genetics and appearance among the Turkic groups. Thanks for watching!

@@mehmettigit5448 what do you mean by assimilated? linguistically? then it is partially true 40-60% of young people speak in russian when they are doing business, 60-80% of elderly people use russian for international relationship, meanwhile kazakh language is primarily used for everyday life and when you are chilling with your friends or family. if you are concerned about genetics, then we are completely different from russians, the majority of people in kazakhstan have mongolic, iranian, arabic and anatolian blood in their vein. Some kazakhs looks just like Turkish people from the serials, majority looks like mongoloid with some(little) european admixture, some people looks like iranians or arabs or just little bit different from "normally" accepted Europeans (my mother and father)

When i was in the highschool one of my best friend was a karachay. His name was Giray and mine is Güray. It is kind of crazy when i am from a southern turkish city of antalya and he is descended from the caucasia.
