Everyone who uses the fake "pronouns" should be held to account. Do not allow that to pass a single time without informing the offender that A is A, 2+2=4, and the pronouns of a man in a dress with fake boobs sewn on is still "he", "his" and "bozo".

This appalling fate is becoming more and more visible around me. I've observed several teen girls over the years while walking dogs, looking withdrawn, not making eye contact, even while patting my dogs, never looking me in the eyes, very odd and uncomfortable. Not even during limited lock down walks. I always saw the same three teens. The lo and behold I noticed over last Summer, they'd all had their breasts removed. I'm also in touch with grandmothers who's grand kids are medically transitioning. Two have just turned 11, girls, now on puberty blockers. It's literally everywhere!

Jet explains very well how puberty blockers suppressed her sexuality. And how testosterone led to vaginal atrophy. I applaud her for coming out as a lesbian and how being on blockers and testosterone ruined years of her juvenile life! This is what 'transing away the gays' looks and sounds like. The Netherlands is a progressive country, there was a thriving lesbian and women's liberation movement that existed for three decades, from late 1960s until well into the 1990s but it was invaded by 'male feminists' and transsexuals slowly but surely. I witnessed the demise of women's cafes, bookshops, bars, dance events, bands, health centres etc etc. I can't believe how this thriving women's community vanished. And that someone like Jet could not find a supportive lesbian community to support her coming out. LGBTIQ+ community is not inclusive of everyone. Lesbians have specific needs and dynamics that need to be respected and accepted and not morphed into the alphabet soup!

It's not about "loving themselves". The matter is that we've allowed what it even means to be a man and woman to be torn down so much to the point that we have a good chunk of society who are extremely confused on such things to the point that they feel like they have to physically change their bodies in order to fit into a mismatched poor interpretation of what they think they're supposed to be externally, a lot of it having to be due to those who already promote tr°nsitioning pressuring young adults and even parents to coerce their child to tr°nsition. Already it's common knowledge that said "medical experts" are feeding parents false information, in this case a false accusation that if they don't force their child to tr°nsition, then the child will kill themselves. A claim that has no substantial evidence whatsoever! It's a complete lie!

@AndyJarman
@AndyJarman Жыл бұрын
And WPATH would agree with you, that's how they do it. Sex and gender are different and they are cosmetically changing your appearance to match the body your gender says you should have. It's John Money's woowoo transhuman idea that the body is a meat suit for carrying your "essence" around in. Infinitely malleable and just an appendage to the 'real' you. And that is exactly how it fits in with Wokism. The Marxist socialists always maintained that we all labour within a "false consciousness'. Karl Marx referred to this as the 'neo-opiate of the masses' distracting them from Liberation (capital L). When the great Liberation failed to materialise they started isentifying other neo opiates to justify the failure. So they looked to materialism as the great evil and started dismantling and subverting societal norms to 'Liberate' first women, then gays, then lesbians, now pædophiles and autogynophiles, and psychologists from their neo-narcotic delusional slumber. It's all batshit crazy, but very attractive to people wanting to 'progress' and 'Liberate' by instruction and destruction.

I'm straight and was obviously male as a kid. However, I did play dolls with the girls (I played with everyone), acted out, and tried to go by my middle name (which is often viewed more femininely); so I'm sure I'd have been pushed to non-binary/trans if I was in elementary these days. I was very susceptible to doing what I was told to by authority figures.

This type of hypothetical isn't very constructive. How are your experiences applicable to everyone? You'd have to test that theory. The jury's still out on this but the establishment did the same thing to gay people years ago, calling it psychopathology and then basically...can I say it...gaslight them. It's almost like the cure is worse than the supposed disease. I don't understand it and as I've heard it said, they don't want menbers of the straight white male patriarchy with savior complexes sweeping in to save them,. brilliant! (?)

Coercion & Conditioning do not equal Consent. First do no harm…shame on those surgeons who do not require several years of mental health therapy - to work on the existing trauma, PTSD, depression, bipolar and other mental health conditions before they cut! In a society full of quick fixes, and a pill for everything- sometimes time and a support in a thoughtful path to maturation can be the best healing medicine. Tl;Dr it is okay to be different, despite what gender ideologues may wish to infer. Im cutrently reading "Material Girls" by Kathleen Stock, in that book she speaks of this point throughout. That some of this trans rhetoric is directly influencing incongruity. And because it centres wholely on a fix for "feeling" different. Some of the most different feeling people will grow up to be homosxul adults. Its had me reflecting. Though I'm not a lesbian, I was more typically a boy in behavior as a child. I likely have ADHD, went to child psychs and had help through school but no diagnosis, and have asked myself for a long time "what was wrong with me?". I remember sitting in a computer lab at 13 and googling personality disorders because I was convinced I had one. If I was that kid today, I fear for who drs would have tried to convince me to be. By the time a lot of this stuff had come into popular internet, I was 16 and puberty had been gradually making me a woman and I finally had many friends who were girls so I was insolated from falling into gender queer internet land. I feel for the gender non comforming children and teens and the mentally ill of both demos, they are getting a message that they feel insecure and terrible about themselves because of gender "misalignment" and that they must align it or they will inevitably die. One of the most incedious components, of gender ideology, is this war on the different. Boyce you a wonderful man and I commend Genspect for holding this conference and their future rational gender work. Its important, letting children and parents know that there is no reason to immediately pathologise feeling different .

One thing that i wish people touch on is, the majority of people nowadays use transitioning as a cop-out solution because they at one point feel uncomfortable with the sex they were born with. ohh, this should be interesting! I'm gay, not trans. I'm a seventy year old woman. when I was 9 or 10 I wanted to be a boy... so badly! I would go to bed every night and pray that I would wake up a boy. that went on for a year. then I just forgot about it. Life went on, I got married at 19 cuz it was expected, got pregnant immediately; the marriage lasted 6 months as he was physically abusive. in my thirties I realized that I was attracted to other women. I knew I wasnt comfortable with men, was sexually abused for years by my grandfather. It was during therapy for that abuse that I began to consider my sexual preference. I feel very fortunate that my short period of gender dysphoria happened so long ago. Had it happened now, and I had told my parents (I would never had told my parents!!), they would have felt obliged as parents to put me on the path for transition. and I would have just gone along because 'my parents knew best'. I am convinced that a great number of people transitioning are indeed gay, not trans.

My dear departed uncle was born biologically female and sometime in 1920’s changed her name and dressed to look like a male. She was actually gay but would have been condemned + imprisoned for such so chose to look like a guy. My Uncle was the best babysitter, gentle + loving unlike his sister my Aunt who was all sensible shoes and tweed skirts, hated girls, a teacher and matron @ an elite private boarding school for boys in U.K whom had issues unaddressed? We still very much see ourselves in relationship to gay and lesbian identity, and I'm really blessed that I have been able to connect with older butch women who have not transitioned, they understand me and know we come from the same place. I'm for the most part read as a male, but I find my masculinity much more connected to female masculinity rather trying to par myself up with heteronormative masculinity. I spent so many years mulling over transition, and I made the right decision. I really wish older gay people who are disturbed by younger people transitioning knew that so many of us have such nuanced relationships with gender.

the thing is, a "nuanced relationship with gender" has nothing at all to do with being gay/lesbian/bi, and gender politics have nothing to do with the rights of the LGB community or the fight we have to keep those rights. In fact, the transgender community is hurting the LGB community and they don't seem to care at all about it.

I agree with the woman who mentioned the "ick-factor". I think a lot of parents would be happier to have a child with a "medical issue" like transgenderism than a child who actually chooses to engage in "sinful" acts like homosexuality. It's the Iranian solution to homosexuality that has come to the West... And ironically, it is our strict view of gender that is acerbating the problem.

One of the biggest lies we tell in the modern world is that there are "Adults in the room." There is no room and the adults are not in. The parentified appeal to mother and father is actually just an appeal to a state that doesnt have the capacity, the experience, or the bare ability to be either of those people. Though there was much I did not understand here, and I do not see that as a problem, thank you to all involved who, I assume, just spoke honestly about their experiences. Honesty is about as much as we can reasonably expect from anyone. As a boy, I found the idea of gay men (or boys) abhorrent. I equated it with perversion and a desire to get one's hands on any man or boy possible. As a late teen, many years ago now, I learned that gay did not equate to perversion. It seems to me that the current trend toward "making" gay/lesbian youngsters trans is much, much more damaging to us all, long-term, than my (ill-conceived) teen-aged idea that gay (I had never considered lesbian) equated to perversion. Granted, I am one man seeing the world through only my own eyes, and it may be that I still do not understand, but in a lads' way, a world half-filled with happy, healthy gays and lesbians, who know their own thoughts and desires and just live an honest life, is by far preferable to the clinics doing the current round of conversion therapy. Anyway, thank you to all who took part in order to help us all understand.

This entire subject is RIDICULOUS.. Wr got to the stage where gay and trans people are accepted, both legally and socially.. even to the point where PEOPLE WANT A GAY FRIEND.. so nobody cares now and everyone is loved and respected.. ok, there might be some families who are religious or whatever and don’t embrace a gay family member but that’s rare now.. but these families probably don’t accept other stuff as well.. so it’s not just a gay problem.. I have a theory that those who found meaning SCREAMING ABOUT GAY RIGHTS have now lost their superficial identities of being a gay advocate and have now changed the GOAL POSTS, ignore FACTS AND SCIENCE, and are now pushing a false narrative of MEN ARE BORN WOMEN.. THEY ARE NOT.. no matter how loud they scream.. The damage both mentally and physically being done to KIDS IS UNFORGIVABLE AND MUST STOP NOW!

It's an interesting concept. One wouldn't think of ''heartthrob'' for screaming mostly teen girls as >> slightly androgynous. Of course 50years ago ,not much research/no internet community, and health classes didn't give us answers to puberty ,genders, dysphoria... Fast forward to the series "" I am Jazz "" ,the medical procedure seems cruel .. Can't fathom parents of a *young *person being told by medical professionals the °procedure° will cure a problem . Every negative trait, behavior ,abnormal body fits much better so it eliminates GD . Ray Blanchard calls it a self selecting morphology & that's all the other transsexuals i know except one AGP . People react instinctively to other people , just like you cannot make someone perceive you as the opposite sex ( Pronouns ) when you are nothing at all like it & you also cannot expect people to treat the very different as they would anyone else..."the norm" it's not hate people are just wired that way like they are for fear of non related genetic groups ( evo psychology ) .

I can look down right feminine, at times, though I do not try to "pass" as a woman in the use of forms, padding, and persona, I am just male, and prefer "feminine" styles. I would have been fast tracked on the trans train, and I have ZERO, nada ZILCH sexual interest in males. I know I am not alone in this. What if they're a "trust-based-attracter" that needs to be adult & good friends first before they can feel sexually attracted to the opposite sex? What if family also needs to like the person for enough trust to happen for attraction to happen? Humans can have many attractions over a lifetime, and that in no way means the person must act on all, some, or any of them. The married person that gets a crush on someone else isn't married to the wrong person. They admire some things about that new person and can just behave & be loyal as promised, and be more careful with their thoughts, and assume life with the other person just might be worse. Hard to know how difficult someone is when you never live with them. No one is gay... says KZbinr Becket Cook & friends, and science so far. No one is gay any more than humans are supposed to be attracted to inanimate objects or trees or being a MAP. Thoughts do not always equal what humans are supposed to act on. We can think. We can choose what's best for us and society, what causes the least problems and most good.
