Really wish wat if authors did math properly. Kakashi: I'm nearly outta chakra. Naruto: multi shadow clone jutsu ....poof dozens of clones ready themselves. Kakashi smiles and does same sign ....poof 50 clones appear........ As I recall it is forbidden tech cause it is high chakra intensive. jonin can make anywhere from 5-12 at full power if u lack chakra it can kill u.... Yes I am low on chakra so let me make 5xs as many clones as I'm supposed to b able to and plot armor not die as I can barely stand as is. Yes it looks good to c but come on if it's like that all zabuza shoulda done is kick the kunai he is thrown into gato head from where he is. He is a super jonin ninja who specializes in killing

Actually even less. I remember them stating a Jonin can at most make 2 or 3 clones and that's the top max. Its a reason why no one else uses it aside from Naruto or the Uzamaki clan members. Only those with extremely high chakra were able to ever use it as you stated. and even then Naruto is a special case and only he was ever able to pump out a small armies worth or more clones do to the nine tails.

It's been a long time since I've actually watch the series by think it was implied that even though kakashi said they were Shadow clones they might have just been the illusionary bunch and clones that they are at the academy in order to bluff

@@eliandervalderen5849 as I recall he used the same single hand sign naruto does which is 4 the shadow clones. Yes I can c him using 1 and say the dangerous 1 but they were mere bandits and wouldn't even know a normal clone tech r fake illusions.

@@andrewjones4332 as I said it's been years since I watch the series I looked up a clip on KZbin and the subtitles for its kakashi was saying maybe I can use the same amount of chakra Naruto did in order to bluff them again implying that while he called it the shadow clone it was likely just a regular clone done on mass to scare the thugs.
