So somthing like: Sheev Palpatine; principled Supreame Chancellor, lover of democracy, and fatherly mentor to Anakin, maybe somehow a budding light side user (that last one would really throw off the Jedi) because he would still be very strong in the force? And Darth Sideous; sociopathic manipulator, ambitious would be tyrant, and Dark Lord of the Sith, masking his presence from the Jedi while grooming Anakin as his future apprentice? Like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, perhaps? Perhaps with the added complication of the dark persona of Sideous getting stronger over time and gaining control for longer and longer like the Tyler Durden persona from Fight Club? Perhaps with the Palpatine personality coming back at awkward moments for Sideous or vice versa? And how aware of this split personality they are sharing a force sensative body and mind with are Palpatine and Sideous? Are they aware of each other? Lots of storytelling possibilities.If done from the perspective of Palpatine/Darth Sideous, this idea has all sorts of potential for different stories and could make an incredible what if story... and again if done from the perspective of Palpatine/Sideous it has the potential for all sorts of psychological drama and even horror... id watch it with great interest...

All my yes. This idea speaks to my love of shades of grey between rivals and enemies, as I prefer more nuanced, less black and white, good vs. evil stories because I find them more interesting. This doesn't necessarily reflect my worldview, but it IS what I would like to see more of in these and other stories of fiction... So what if Count Dooku was nothing more or less than a principled political idealist who harnessed only the light side? Well, I leave it up to Star Wars Galaxy to flesh that out, but it is definitely a what if I'd eagerly watch whatever direction he might choose to take it and theres a lot of possibilities...

Or what if Darth Plagueis the Wise, wasnt so... wise... and just kept energeticly poking and prodding the force by continuing his experiments after the force retaliated by creating Anakin, leading to the force retaliating even harder and creating something... else?

I am pretty sure that if Anakin Skywalker would have went into and then studied the Holocrons in the Restricted Section of the Jedi Temple's Archives, then he would have became absolutely overpowered beyond belief, as he would have done absolutely everything in his power to try to learn Force Healing and then the Force Power to bring someone back to life. Which he would have tried to then master before using those two said Force Powers to help those he cares about.

Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.

Day 2: What if Jaesa Willsaam (light side) was in the Clone Wars? The idea is that shortly after Jaesa is recruited by the Sith Warrior, Darth Baras realizes the potential threat. He manages to capture her and freeze her in carbonite. After Darth Baras dies, Jaesa is never found and is eventually forgotten for the next 3000 years. Then, during the Battle of Christophsis, a tunnel to an ancient under city is discovered. Obi-Wan leads a squad of clones into the under city in order to gain a tactical advantage over the separatists. While here, the force leads him to a long forgotten prison. He finds Jaesa here and frees her. Shortly thereafter Jaesa rejoins the Jedi and becomes Obi-Wan's apprentice.

Remember in the original timeline even when maul was not trying Ahsoka had to get the help of the gunship to detain maul . Both Ahsoka and ventress are not strong enough to take down maul without external aid
