Given Palpatine paid the Tuskens to torture Smi, If Anakin was supported by a some Jedi Knights, the source of the Galactic Credits could be traced. Exposure of Palpatine as the threat to Anakin's mother would definitely change his attitude, and likely lead to Senatorial difficulties as well for Palpatine.

Its surprising no one on the council noticed the first Sith for a millennium appeared just as Anakin, the chosen one, was being taken to Padme's ship. Normal people would assume the Sith appeared because they were after Anakin. (The odds of such an occurrence occurring randomly are less than one in million : no one who was aware of the odds would assume co-incidence. ) The training of Anakin should have been viewed as critical given the way their opposition were targeting him. Smi should also have been considered : it should have been recognized Smi would be a secondary target.

This was a really good one. One of my friends actually wondered if this scenario unfolded and he came up with a scenario close but not like this. In his he said that upon being told about Anakin’s killing of the Tuscan raiders, Yoda would think that as Jedi serving the Republic have become too complacent, and at this point master Plo Koon would suggest that they start separating themselves from the Senate and the Republic entirely.

What if Vader traveled back to the Clone Wars to undermine Sidious after the Battle of Yavin? This would take place after the Death Star was destroyed. Finding himself in the World Between Worlds, he goes through the portal that lead him to Padme's lakeside home. Things stayed largely the same except that he slew only the few Tusken Raiders responsible for his mother's death and in the arena, Obi-Wan could sense Anakin was cold and distant, Anakin would state it was Padme's idea to come and save him. Windu along with Luminara Unduli, Plo Koon and Shaak Ti could sense something off about Anakin, based on what Yoda sensed about Skywalker and told him about. When it comes to fighting Dooku, Anakin went in with Obi-Wan but he still looses his arm but uses his telekinesis to pull the schematics for the Death Star from Dooku's pocket while the Count was distracted. Dooku would report to Sidious on how Skywalker fought in coordination with Kenobi, which Sidious wasn't to worried about. In the Jedi Temple, Obi-Wan gave his own report on Anakin's performance against Dooku but noted how he used elements of Dooku's style and in the healing halls, he stated "with the Clone Wars starting, we've passed the Point of No Return". The Council were honestly shocked, with Yoda telling them he will speak with Skywalker. Anakin was not in the healing halls but in his own quarters, working on his mechanical arm now above the elbow. Yoda, accompanied by Luminara, Plo Koon and Shaak Ti with Kenobi escorting Padme back to Naboo, knocked on his door. Anakin telemetrically opened the door, not looking at who was visiting. Shaak Ti placed a hand on his shoulder, telling him to sit, "We need to talk, Ani." using his childhood nickname. Anakin breathed in, and laid down his tools, sitting on his bed with Shaak Ti on his right and Luminara on his left. Yoda would tell him they knew he was from the future, as he's too powerful for a padawan learner. Plo Koon also stated they sense the dark side in him. Anakin pulled out the schematics for the Death Star and placed it on his lap. He would reveal this whole war was orchestrated by Palpatine who is Sidious. "He seduced me into joining him, lied to me about having the power to save Padme, I helped him turn the Republic into an Empire and wipe out the Jedi. The Clones will betray you when Order 66 gets executed because of the control chips placed in their heads." Yoda, Plo Koon, Luminara, Shaak Ti and Windu who listened from the audio bug placed on Yoda's lightsaber were shocked. "If you wanted me to succeed as a Jedi, Master Yoda, Ahsoka's trial should've gone differently. Your blind obedience to the Senate shows how unreliable you, the Council and the Order became." Yoda was shocked but grateful for Anakin's honesty. Yoda promises they will make this right but they need him to point out where they need to investigate. While the Council decided Anakin's not ready for Knighthood, they diced they must take part in his training. Anakin states Luminara's tactics are more suited for Kamino but says Shaak Ti is more motherly to the clones so they should oversee the clones' production and training. Anakin would lay out more information concerning the war, mentioning Ventress and Grievous. On occasion, Anakin would go missions based on what he mentioned with other Masters and undermining Sidious

The reactionary dogmatic council would kick Anakin out, forcing him straight into Palpatine's control and likely turning Anakin's love for Padme to hate for costing him everything. Darth Vader thus gets created Earlier, Palpatine finishes his training so he doesn't high ground himself into a cyborg suit, and the Galaxy is F'd. The end.

It's quasi canon that they knew but did not care as it was the equivalent of going into the jungle and killing a bunch of monkey's. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. Based on your modified timeline, wouldn't Anakin have still had his hand and never had it cut off by Dooku? That battle happens at the end of Attack of the Clones, but in your story, he never would have made it to that battle because he and Padme return to Coruscant after Tattooine instead of going to Geonosis, in which time he is confined to the temple. Unless I missed something in your video, that would seem to be an error.
