What if we had new Pokemon for an Australian region?

There's a particular Pokemon I'd love to see added to an Australia region: male Kangaskhan. Males would be Normal/Fighting-type with higher Attack and Defense but lower Speed and Sp. Def compared to females. Abilities could include Tough Claws, Scrappy, and No Guard (hidden ability). No Guard would be especially useful since they could learn (and heavily rely on) Jump Kick and Hi-Jump Kick, and it would represent how real kangaroos fight by holding each other in place and tanking each other's attacks.

Feraligatr looks great but I can’t really tell it’s a regional form it comes across as a brand new Pokémon but it is really good
