The more I do these videos, the more I talk to you, and the more I get your feedback, I'm starting to realize that there is a group of us, or a category of us, that's unique. We're not special, or better, than anyone else. In fact, if anything, I think that we seem to be carrying this burden for the world, and I don't know where it came from or where it comes from, but we seem to be carrying this burden.
But here's the trajectory of my life which I believe led to this. I have always been an empath, and I know many of you listening in have as well, so now if you are an empath and then you combine this with spiritual teachings that teach you that you need to suppress your ego, you need to be of service.
Now, here's what I want to tell you. What does it mean to be an empath? When you are an empath it means you can feel the feelings of everyone around you. It means that you can feel that pain of the world around you. You feel it more than you feel your own pain. Now, for an empath, what they need to learn is they need to learn to strengthen their own inner resolve, their own inner love. The love they feel for themselves.
So an empath by default is already feeling everything that's on the outside, that the outside world is going through. They're already feeling everybody's pain. They're already feeling everybody's hurt.
The thing about an empath, it's like a double edged sword, because an empath is also very connected to their other side, their higher self, and what I call it is they're very connected to love, so if we call that higher self, if we call god, higher self, our spiritual self, our inner mystic, whatever you want to call it, just to simplify it let's call it love. We are connected to that love energy as well as connected to the energy of the outer world.

I felt myself saying, yes! yes! yes! to everything! The other amazing part is the TIMING! It popped in the perfect moment. Thank you as well for adding the personal experience content. Is this content available as an mp3 download? This is precious. I appreciate all you give us and I'm always left empowered. Many, many blessings to you and your team.

The more I listen to you and this talk especially, the more validated I feel i.e. love for myself. I've spent most of my life feeling odd, a misfit and while at the age of 71, I doubt that I'm in a position to make much of a difference but to myself and those in my family, I am eternally grateful for you and sharing your beliefs! Thank you from my heart, Anita!

Thank you for sharing your insight and wisdom, Anita. I'm learning so much through your videos. You bless me. I'm an impath, too. Some of my first childhood memories are trying to comfort other children. I would give them my milk money, a hug, or draw them a picture. I find I'm still doing for others even when it means I go without things I need. I do see that I must consider myself more and recieve more. Sometimes while I'm sleeping my spirit travels to God's realm. I've walked with Jesus and he taught me how simple it is to raise the dead. He said, " you speak life...say you will live and not die...And believe." After the dream I prayed for someone who was thrown from his motor cycle on the interstate and saw him live! God showed me in a dream how he sees me...without flaws inside and out. I want to travel in the spirit more. I long to know him better.💕

I'm an empath, I often get treated badly by my employer. I show up to work really positive and do my best job. She always nitpick and never acknowledge any of the good but quickly point out the littlest of anything she can to criticize me. I always respond as positively as possible but deep down I know she is trying to get a rise out of me. I am really curious what you would advise me to do in this situation. Thank you for being you.

You are dead on about not feeling pressured to answer someone who seems to be imposing themselves or their opinion or request upon you. I would make the suggestion to stick with a statement, “I’m going to need to think that over and get back to you”. Rather than ask if it’s okay to get back to them. It’s important to not give away the power of taking the time we need to someone else. Thanks for these great vids!

I absolutely love your teachings. They are so soothing and calming. Like warm mothers arms around me. I am wondering how I can find out when you go live so I can watch and ask questions. I absolutely love your answer about meditation and how you check in with the outside world rather than checking in with your inner world and that you spend your life in meditation. Would you please explain that more in practical terms. How do you go about your day to day life and still be connected to our inner world. That seems hard to impossible. What tips do you have. Thank you blessings

When I began to change my behavior and stand up for myself, my "friends" and family turned their backs on me. They were so used to me going out on a limb for them that when I decided to take time out to care for myself, they resented me for it. This actually created a lot of space for me to turn my life around and dive deeper within myself. Sometimes this gets lonely but mostly I feel that being my own best friend has been worth losing those who don't want to know the real me. Thanks, Anita, for wholeheartedly supporting us in valuing ourselves and standing in our own truth.

Anita's message is so important to empaths! I finally have a name for this thing I've been feeling and her videos help me to understand the next steps I can take...visualizing love! Having experienced an NDE, I have also struggled- especially as a firefighter who puts the lives and safety of others first. Never occurred to me that I can love myself and receive love without being selfish...that these are not mutually exclusive! Thank you Anita!!!

I am very grateful for your experience, really, dear Anita because somehow you smash old theories, dogmas, philosophies which tell us we need to face our karma and stuff, and endure suffering lol which we have created where in fact you have proven healing is available, freedom is available, we are LOVE and not some result of the karma, the choice is always ours to turn the tables and become what our hearts are whispering to be, have and do regardless of what the old programing is telling us what is real and true. I am deeply grateful for that XXX : ))))

The ego is that part of the mind that distinguishes us from everyone else. Empaths by definition have a weakened ego: they have a stronger connection with the universal, they have more difficulty setting boundaries, and they take on the emotions of others. What empaths sometimes need is MORE ego. Anita is 100% correct what she says about "spiritual" teachings and empaths. For years I struggled with the idea of giving of yourself to heal yourself and not to be concerned about your own desires. This did not sit right with me at all. I have always believed that it what good to be of service and to give, but this is not what I needed to heal. With a lot of maturity and reflection I've come to realize that the best thing for me would having been told "focus on yourself so you can give to others", "giving of yourself when you are depleted with destroy you and help no one" (it did destroy me), "you have to trust yourself and find your own truth because that's how it's supposed to be. Only you live your life", and "no one is ultimately responsible for their happiness except themselves. Why wouldn't you be focused on yourself? Are others more important than you?"

Please give examples on how people can learn to get in touch with what really makes them feel centered, happy and whole when their existence has been focus on others and giving to the point of total exhaustion and depletion. It is rather vague to say just love yourself when that-can be a very foreign concept. Also perhaps a book on money for Empaths would be very helpful. Thank you for your loving, kind and uplifting insights.

I understand everything you say about being a doormat or being super sensitive!!! It is difficult to stop feeling that I am the only one very sensitive and feel too much about what people feel right now and care too much about that.Sometimes that makes me believe that I am weaker than other people because that uses too much energy then feel low self esteem. Now I am in my 30’s and finally understand more about myself and let myself just being me.But watching your videos and reading your books make me feel like I am not the only one and also helps me so much for trust what I feel and reminds me that I am allowed to put myself first. Dear Anita & friends ~ my dear mother was born in America during the Great Depression. She was raised by the government children’s aid society ( basically a children’s shelter ) and later, the Roman Catholic Church. She had a minus zero sense of self worth. She was constantly attacked by anxiety, depression, and an encyclopedia list of physical ailments. She was always on the brink of collapse. ~ I recall as a child, she rushed to teach me to read, and take me to church to learn about God. I was terrified of what I heard about Jesus getting tortured to death because his father let the people kill him ?! I thought , “ oh boy, I’m in a really bad place here ! “ ~ My Mother often told me of her NDE - it happened while she was giving birth to her first child. She actually died during the process ... and was pulled back. She said, she really didn’t want to come back. ( Which made me feel odd .. Who would be my mom ? I thought .. ) Throughout our time together, I did my best to stand up for her & protect her, because she really had no defense. When somebody was treating her bad, she would go into panic, freeze, or self destruct mode. I didn’t understand this .. and works in fact go on to become just like her. I was devastated when this lack of boundaries & self attack finally took her life, she was 68. I was 38, and never expected her to go so soon. ~ I do know she was happy after all, because she sent me signals.. ..🕊 As I grow in maturity & understanding .. I realize that she was not properly nourished as a child. She was not taught how to honor herself. She was driven by fear, guilt, & shame. So when bad things happened, she thought it was a message & punishment from God 🤷🏻‍♀️ . ~ I am grateful for the work that you do, to bring empowerment & speak life into the hearts & minds of others like myself & my mom. Stay healthy, & keep the mission going ! ✨🤗✨♥️♥️♥️🌱💚💚💚✨🌺😄❤️😄💛🌻🌻🌻💌✨

I could not relate to the doormat thing. Coz I always did stand up for myself or even others if necessary. The thing I could relate to was about not being open to receive. If someone would not do something I needed or was offended if I requested something,I immediately would say - its ok, Leave, i would do it. And doing everything by myself became a burden sometimes. Ego may be or too much self respect, even with loved ones. Closing myself to receiving help, support. Even never got the right guidance at the right time. Thanks for the topic - how love could be seen. Thanks a lott. You really are genuine. Loved your book. Love your lectures. Where can I ask you a question.

I have participated in the Unity Community of Albany, N Y for over five years and joined as a member two years ago. What excites and energizes me is that YOU and your MESSAGES from your NDE are so insink with the messages revealed in Eric Butterworth's writings wherein he expounds on how( God's) Will for each person is to be themselves, a LIGHT of LOVE in this existence.

Religion plays a huge role in our subconscious mindset. I was born and raised in Catholic Italy where I absorbed the religion with every single cell. Inside Italian churches, there are many statues or paintings of Jesus bleeding on the cross or right after the crucifixion, unconscious on the verge of dying, covered with wounds and bruises. The priest always reminded us that he died like that because of "you" (me, he meant and anyone else that was listening). You can imagine what that does to the mind of a pure child. In the past few years, though I dropped Christianity centuries ago when I had to come to term with my homosexuality as a gay woman in a heavily homophobic country. I am over 50 now, however a few years ago I had a terrible experience which almost caused me to die (I prolonged water fast gone wrong), I had to be hospitalized here in Cambodia where a Christian organization rescued me from the hospital (I had no money left). They took great care of me but the organizers kept exorcising people, including me, and they made a few discriminatory comments against homosexuals. After I came out to the organizers, I was transferred to a private room with bathroom managed by a local family. I forgot to mention that when I was hospitalized, I couldn't walk properly, I had no muscles left and I was given a walker to help me get to the bathroom. Later on, my muscles gradually came back but my central nervous system has been compromised with multiple sclerosis. I have been vegan since 2012 though I did eat animal products after being rescued for a short while, I was literally starving an had no choice. Despite my attempts to exercise, mud bath and vegan food my health completely deteriorated so now I am primarily bed ridden. I didn't follow Christianity anymore but my faith in the Divine was still there and I needed to know the truth and the Divine showed it to me. I was totally angry and depressed and didn't let go of the past: that cause my illness. There is no external judge, everything happens within oneself. I thought I was very good yet I judged others and had no compassion for some. The external world is a reflection of our inner world. My mind was full of junk and ideologies, I FORGOT HOW TO FEEL AND TRUST MY INTUITION. It's a world of love and all conflicts are created in the mind. It is a long journey but I'm starting to heal. Thank you, Anita and Danny for sharing your love. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

OK, I'm going to give you some feedback. First, I'd like you to rephrase the comment "that you need to suppress your ego"'. You also said to "squash" your ego. I don't think that works. I think one needs to ignore the ego, much as you would ignore the idle yammering of a small child. Eventually, it will loose control over you and shut up. But it takes practice. And patience. So I think. But what do I know? Namaste'

Dear Anita, I love your message and energy, thanks so much (and also Danny, with his legendary help, humour and energy)! However, when you talk about ego and the fact it’s actually a good thing... It sounds confusing to me, and this is because I believe you don’t have the same definition of ego as the one used by, say, Buddhists, Eckhart Tolle or other spiritual people. To me, the ego is that untamed, unconscious, dysfunctional, delusional part of us which we tend to be a slave of... and this is the thing you don’t want. While your definition of ego seems to be actually our person, the human being we are, and this is of course what we want to express and shine! Could you please clarify and explain how YOU define ego? Thank you and all the best to you and Danny! ❤️ Don’t know if I’ll make it, but I’d love to go to one of your events!

Anita! I think your experience was amazing and mindboggling. I enjoy your videos very much. I would like to ask if you've ever heard of Bruno Groening? If not, please find out everything you can about him on line. You will not regret it. His teaching will resonate with everything you are trying to inform your viewers and listeners about. You can thank me later.

Totally resonate on the empath topic, not a new thing for me, however this is so helpful as a reminder. Also, by watching your videos, I have learned that I have a deeper connection to the REAL world (realm), the 80%, with this new knowledge, I will work on connecting to higher self & guides.

Hi Anita!! I cannot have enough of your videos. Thank you 💖 I just want to share something that has helped me change my view of everything: one of the tricks to have both purpose and self-love, is to understand that, if I do not feel the love inside, I'm not honoring my soulful purpose. We tend to confuse being of service with being of use. It takes a lot of inner listening to learn the difference. For me, I can only expand my heart when I'm of service, when I'm consciously one with my purpose, but I can only be so when I fully respect and honor my truth.

After watching your video I went looking for my inner guide and later on that night while dreaming, I came across a white horse grazing while walking through a moon lit forest. I'm assuming I came across my spiritual animal. Thank you for videos God bless

Are there any videos where you talk in detail about money and jobs? I would love to hear you speak more about your feelings about having to work only to earn money instead of earning money for something you love to do. I just realized that that's why I was never able to be good at a meaningless job before. It's because I hated the feeling of working only for the sake of getting money! But here's my question.... What can I do to earn money if I don't know what's my true calling yet? How did you guys manage to get by financially before you started to earn money from the things you love to do. Would you be willing to speak more about your financial situation? Love you ❤️

You must be very humble. I am the opposite, I make myself big...I want to be noticed, and I prefer to follow what I like to do over what other people want. Its so strange that we are different. But you are very strong since you are a very good person. Suppress ego and be of service is so hard. I feel failure. I am so anxious I cant apply for a job. But I would rather volunteer. So I am thinking of doing that.

Wish most women understood this We waste away all our emotions and energies to get approval and love from parents, then spouse and kids In the end we realise we are Love We torture ourselves to get thin, look good,do it all, work hard without a complaint, and love everyone except ourselves And when you are at you PMS , you explode and then the whole family just remembers that and it becomes a joke, “ is it that time of the month”! I really never knew I had to love myself!!!! That takes away all fear

Does your assistant have interest in teaching her declination style?? I would love to learn and ... bonus! ... It would help you in expanding that method :) I bet it also teaches an incredible self talk script as a side effect of learning to talk that way to others 😉 healing begins inside, right?! I see it's been 3 yrs since posting this video. Is she teaching or have a yt channel?

It’s great accomplishment for a past doormat to become Anita that knows love... good job.. but pay attention to how many times you repeat your self.. over & over ... in all your talks you say the same stories .. there’s better speakers about love & other spiritual subjects for sure.. I did not like your idea about seeing love it’s silly ... love can only be felt and cannot be seen but by those who can See.. I feel as if you are overwhelmed still that you made it this far .. thanks to Wayne Dayer who made it happen... for you, your talk about money is true I see how much you love money.. without money you cannot keep the love flowing..

Anita - wondering if you can give a step-by-step description of how you would diminish the fear and discouragement of being in the midst of an autoimmune attack? In that moment, when I can barely think and I feel victimized and out of control through this self-attack - in that moment how do I move from fear and regain confidence in my ability to heal?

Hi Anita, just enjoyed this video today and passed it on to two more empaths. One thought you mentioned that I wanted to comment on is connecting to Spirit. I too love that connection and find that if I am not living in that connection because something in the world pulls me away I am not too happy of a person. Thank you for sharing and validating that thought as well as all your work in all your video's, appreciate you!
