With our definition of strength it is no accident that narcissism is an epidemic in the U.S. and other parts of the world, and that they do so well while their empathic victims are invalidated and left destroyed trying to figure out what happened to their lives. Anita was so blessed to have a compassionate life partner and a loving family to support her in her healing and her journey. Thank you Anita and Lee.

@@hew195050 true but they’re talking about those who are extremely harmful to others. We all know you can get run over by a car or bus but we don’t walk in front of it because we know the consinquences . Same as when you come across a narcissist or any negative person or situation . If you’re an empath you’d understand .

I am 50 now and as a Community Development Officer for 22 years, over the last couple of years I have felt a shift in how my Managers and Directors see me and I am now very valued and they use my skills to assist in dealing with our most chaotic resident, complex cases.. Also taking the lead on some very forward thinking delivery on projects and developing services that will truly change things.. All of this totally resonated.. 💚💚🧡💚🧡 Yes my energy will bethe light that uplifts... 💚🧡💚🧡

Thank you, Thank you. 90% of my client base are intuitive, high-sensitive empaths. I'm so grateful to find Lee and the Zs. It's helped me develop a language to better support and hold space for many. As empaths, we get shut down so young because we speak the truth, and it is not received well, so we silence ourselves because when speaking the truth triggers others, we feel it in our body so intensely. I have come to understand that empath brains result from natural evolution. If you ask any objective scientist, they will say that we are in the 6th mass extinction, and we are doing it to ourselves. The Zs confirm the shift that is happening. Bruce Lipton taught me that we mutate and change to survive. Think about it logically, if we are deep into destroying ourselves, doesn't it make sense that the brain would evolve from a psychopath, sociopath to an empath for the survival of the human race? We can't harm. We are loving, kind, compassionate, and patient. I'm so grateful for this interview; it confirms so much for me. I stress walking on grass because I can feel what's being crushed and disturbed. I realize I'm extreme, but we can't harm because we feel the pain in our bodies. It's essential that we heal, integrate, become empowered, and speak out! Initiation, Rebirth, and Conversations with the Zs confirm everything we hear in this interview. In Long Beach, CA, we have so many different cultures, and her first book helps them. I recommend her book "Dying to be Me" to so many of my empath clients because they are perplexed and question themselves. Her children's book "LOVE a story about who you truly are." Inspired me to rewrite all my books, turning them into a series of coloring books. I'm looking forward to reading her new book. Thank you, portal family, for allowing me to express myself. I deeply and completely love us all.

So many years of screaming suffering, exhaustion, helping everyone and only ever receiving cold empty responses, I felt like I was a stranger in a foreign land . Thank you so much, Empaths need and deserve this and so much more right now for as the world crumbles and falls, us Empaths feel it, literally and emotionally. Thank you so much, Lee for bringing Anita here to talk about this very important subject of empaths, and of course her new book, which I need to get asap. I have always known I'm à highly sensitive person and an empath, but I had to grow up to be "strong" in order to survive in this society of toughness and cold values. Eventually I had to move to another country to be able to truly be myself. And this has become my mission in life, too; to teach others that they can be what and who they were born to be in this world. That is à gift we can give ourselves and eachother. To fearlessly be our authentic selves. Peace and love 💛

I am healing myself from long covid syndrome with my own intuition. I had no belief in energy, metaphysics prior to becoming ill. My entire life i have been calculated to not disrupt the apple cart. being female was disempowering so i strove to be competitive, ‘strong’ and emphasized these to my detriment. Because i got sick, I learned to follow my impulses , discovered (discovering) my soul, found that my weaknesses defined by others are actually my strength, love is the greatest power etc. looking forward to reading your books and thank you both for your messages.

"Confessions of a recovering doormat" great title, very funny! I've been that, and walked a long learning curve, after I was pushed with my nose in that inner doormat. Thank you, Lee, and Anita, for the integrity of your work, and words. After I realised that vulnerability didn't mean powerlessness (oldest daughter of nine) I changed my self image, sharing that quality with an acknowledgement of my sensitivity, as a tool to work with, instead of perceiving this quality as a fate that moved me like a tumbleweed through my life, wherever the wind of others blew. Integrity is the compass I prefer, and it seems that right now, the absence of it in many of our world leaders, and those in the world of science, is staring in our face. The book is on my wishlist, and I pray that the strength of a true heart, with sensitivity expressed, will help us to fulfill our missions. Safe journey🤩👣💖🙏

Anita makes a good point about empaths as leaders changing things in the world. Yes the world has to make space for this to happen. The world has to wake-up first though. So much ignorance and corruption in the world, so much that has to be really learned first by the masses. I can't see it happening in our lifetime given what is going on in the world today. This upsets me very much being a NDE survivor and empath sensitive who's question to the light was to know the truth. Yes I shy away from the world. Agree with Anita on so many levels. The one thing I can offer is to realise that every being is a multi-verse being. There are other beings out there influencing us here on earth. Ask for the help from the benevolent ones. They do exist.❤

I try to avoid labelling myself (or others), or identifying with definitions of who anyone is, but have high resonance with what Anita Moorjani is saying. It also gives me important insights about why I withdraw, even when my heart bleeds for large sections of the world, and why I have shifted more focus on inner growth and understanding, while I still take care of people, but with less physical engagement.

I too have always been an empath but even when I began to recognize what was happening, I hid myself (and still do). And I still have times when I think it is my emotional state and not someone else. More and more feelings out there every day. I can Ask, "Is this mine? Is it someone else?" but I usually don't get where it is coming from. A work in progress. I love this conversation. Not many people around me talk like this. Thank you both. Loved the first book and looking forward to this new one.

This was such an enjoyable, constructive conversation! I appreciated both of your points of view about some very basic and important topics that empaths and highly sensitive people need to be reminded of or learn about. The way society normally works doesn't work for empaths or highly sensitive people and that's because we're different in good ways! So we have to know who we are and what keeps us healthy. It's great to hear this talked about in such a clear calm and mutually respectful way. Thank you both.💖💗

Wow! I watched this encore as soon as it was posted and have been thrown back into another purging and letting go of all issues around the 'C' word. So much healing to do concerning this particular diagnosis and the fear it immediately istills in the psyche of all who are touched by this declaration. I also realize spirit guides us back into those dark wounds at times to help us to be aware of the true origin and root cause of diseases so that we can heal permanently rather than seeking a cure that does not address the root cause of all our suffering in mind, body, heart and soul. I feel like I am in a washing machine, once again, being put through all the cylces of releasing and cleansing all that needs to be released to feel fresh and clean, ready to step.out into the world with a fresh and clear outlook on life that I can embrace without guilt, shame, blame or fear❣🙏💚🥰😍🙏 My deepest love, appreciation and gratitude to all who are on this journey with me, who cheer me on to higher and higher states of consciousness with divine guidance, love and grace so that, I too, may offer divine guidance, love and grace to others with transparency, authenticity and BIG UNIVERSAL LOVE❣ NAMASTE 🙏 OM UNITY 🙏 💜💝💚🌍💚💝💜🙏✌

I love hearing about Anita's journey towards acknowledging and embracing her sensitivity and seeing it as a strength. Her leadership is needed. When I was looking for leadership around this subject, I came across Dr. Elaine Aron's book, The Highly Sensitive Person, which was first published in 1996. Dr. Aron's clinical research introduced sensitivity to the field of psychology, and she has since written several other books and does a lot of public speaking. I recommend her books, which inform us from a clinical research perspective. I'm looking forward to reading Sensitive is the New Strong. I've felt this way about myself for many years, and it's very liberating.
