Good video Matti! It is important to show you doing the intervals on the bike. While you go over all this process of running after your dream, what you do to pay the bills?

@@mozpassion8996 My trade before was 1to1 Physio which wouldn't work as an athlete so I shifted to more online work now that keeps me flexible.

Why you dont make in TT position V02mx is better what is your opinion ?

@@oleksandratsymbal7513 Hi, for years it did every interval in TT. My limiter was cardiac output and even bad breathing rhythm and with aero you are always a bit more limited muscle wise vs upright sitting (plus better breathing sitting upright) that's why I do it. Threshold and Z3 will be for sure in aero again in coming blocks 👍🏼 Z2 I do aero.

@@kalbsleber 😂 Crosstrainer ist aber auch next level boring ohne session structure! Evtl. paar Intervalle um es spannender zu machen, muss nicht hart sein mehr für den Kopf. Simple wie 10x3min (1min easy) 5x6min (2min easy) etc. Happy lifting 💪🏼🧱

@@MattiWeitz Meine Disziplin ist eher Bodybuilding und ich bin gerade in der Diät (brauche noch 2-3 Kilo für 10%). Deswegen mache ich Crosstrainer, weil es sehr angenehm für Muskeln/Gelenke und das Nervensystem ist (bin schon einige Monate im Defizit). Aber du kannst hellsehen, Intervalle fange ich diese Woche an. Plan war 7X1min (15sec 100% - 45sec easy), dann 30 min zw. 130-140 HF, und zum Schluss 10X2min ( 30sec. 70-80% Vollgas, Rest easy) --- 2-3 Mal die Woche. Wäre das was? Ich hoffe ich halte das aus für 4-5 Wochen, aber dieses Video gibt mir richtig Motivation, wenn ich sehe was möglich ist :) (obowhl, ich bin 39)

@kalbsleber Klingt gut, aber etwas overkill neben Lifting, denke da könnten dir sonst carbs, energy und power fehlen für heavy lifts. Denke mal du bist 4x im Gym pushing? Dann lieber mehr high aerobic sets brennt mehr calories weg und weniger risk dass die power fehlt wo es zählt. Also z.B. 2x die Woche 30min session (5min easy warm up, 4x4min ~150-160HR / 1 min ez + 5min cool down easy) + 1x kürzere Intervalle (5min WU, 15x 1min 160HR (nach ca 4-5sets ists dann da vorher nicht, steady output) mit 30sec pause each) ~30min total. Alter ist nur im Kopf, 39 geht's erst los 💪🏼

@@MattiWeitz Danke für das Feedback, hilft mir enorm, vor Allem von einem Profi-Sportler. Ich werde deinen Plan umsetzen und schauen, sonst wird es zu viel. Kraft im Gym habe ich, eben durch das low-intensity-cardio spare ich viel an carbs. Ich gehe alle 4 Tage ins Gym, Ganzkörper- und nach der Diät 2er Split. Du hast recht, gefällt mir sehr. Ab 39 gehts los :) Bin in der Form meines Lebens im Moment. Freu mich auf weitere Videos Danke
