Things like this happen all over the game, but that’s for any game. Of course you can force unusual interactions if you hack the game but that doesn’t mean these unusual interactions will bring any new lines of dialogue or different behaviors because, well, they weren’t meant to be possible to happen. Realistically, only 2 things could’ve happened here. Either undyne appears or the game crashes. Since you can only get the option to go on a date with her after her fight is over and if she survived, there’s no point in adding another check to see if undyne is alive by the time you get to her house. That would just add unnecessary code and slow the game down for no reason.
