Bacon Party idk about that because sm64 was the first 3d mario game and the devs and very little experience with it. Also, sm64 was not patch-able, so any glitch found could be used forever, unlike smo.

There are way too many Guardian Scouts to be included together with the rest of the guardians. And by standing do you mean turret? Also, the flying guardians are called skywatchers.

By standing, he probably means the ones damaged over time that can't move. Flyers are easy to see and avoid, even if you don't see them, they only see you if you walk into the colored spotlight you can see on the ground, the rest can be defeated easily once you get the parry timing down.
