What if You Forget Kellogg's Brain Augmenter in Fallout 4?

Have you ever thought about what might happen if you forgot to take Kellogg's cybernetic brain augmenter from his body and went to the Memory Den without it in Fallout 4?

No, they don't. It's explicitely stated in a computer in the Institute it's only for Kellogg's, despite some institute scientists desire to live forever. If I remember clearly Father consider the result as an abomination and that humans shouldn't be mixed with such high-tech (maybe because it will probably lead to give synths right ?)

No, but I was playing fall out new Vegas, the other day. They wondered what would happen if we meet leapt, just start in a game. You go and kill Caesar, then when you get into the strip, if you still get forgiven for all of your past transgressions against the legion are if they're just hostile, I'll throw out the game right now. Because remember you can do whatever you want to legion, I'll. Wait till when you get to the strip. Once you walk out of casino legion member gives you a coin and says all of your past. Transgressions are forgiven. Would that still be the same if you killed Caesar?

Yeah, my first playthrough was like this. When i looted Kellogg, I didn't think any of those implants would be important at all. My friend told me Fallout 4 didn't have implants like New Vegas, so i ignored them thinking it was all junk. When i got back to the good doctor though, i was kinda mad that i had to go back to get it.

If you have it in your inventory, there's no option to say you don't have it Similarly, if you leave it in a container or on the ground somewhere, I believe the game marks the location of the brain matter rather than the body

I don't think so; I had Diamond City Blues incomplete for donkeys years and Trish's corpse never despawned

Not 76. 76 is the worst fallout game ever. The best ones (in my opinion) are fallout 4, new vegas and fallout 3 (And fallout shelter)

@@DarkShadow32458 while I agree it is the worst game, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some really cool stuff in it There’s a lot of fun quests and locations in 76 So even tho the game itself kinda sucks, there’s still tons of cool stuff to cover! (And the fact that you think that shelter is better than 1 & 2 is a crime)

The "Reunions" quest starts by investigating his apartment in diamond city so I don't think you can, part of Fort Hagen is blocked off before you're supposed to kill him as well.
