I didn't realize Martlet has secret/unused dialogue in Genocide if you one-shot her [or at least defeat her before she actually realizes you're evil and starts her fight]. It almost reminds me of how Undertale's bosses generally work, being one-shot and all, so perhaps that was the plan for Yellow too (though Martlet may or may not have been planned to retreat anyways, since she has roles in the later parts of the game).

Sadly no, interestingly you can actually get hurt outside of fake scriptwd dmg, but if it foes to 0 the game just puts you in the game over, though strangely you can press retry and restart the fight
