Just add 10 more seconds, get rid of the generic floodgates, one-sided sacky cards (Evenly Matched, Rageki, Lightning Storm, Kaiju-like cards, Feather Duster) and monsters can't attack the turn they're summoned. It makes OTK require skill (looking at you, Numeron). When you run out of time, it should just immediately become your opponent's turn instead.

I think they should instead make it so that after every card you play you get a few seconds back on the clock. So you could still play a Combo Deck but you gotta KNOW what you're doing. So speedy plays all around. And this is on top of the 30 second clock.

Lets be real here: At least for me the only funny thing in ygo is to play your combo uninterrupted and make a huge board. Its like giant puzzle you can put together. Playing a 30 sec turn is only less time to complete your puzzle and won't stop me from comboing all day. If i time out, i time out and finish the rest of my spreadsheet combo in my head. Deal with it.
