Well someone decided to start things off with a bang. I like the DoR reference as well as the set up having Marik pulling the strings. The video felt longer than it was when I first listened from all the effective information in it. This isn't a complaint because I enjoy long-form content and have binged the series a few times now. I've enjoyed the different ways these events have gone down. The duelist kingdom arc got extra points for featuring more cards that weren't in the original as well as some cards having their effects. It made a nice blend of Duelist Kingdom jank with more structure.

What if Joey Wheeler defeated Yami Marik? @TGSAnime did Part 1 of this series and I commented on that video what I would like to see in Part 2, but he hasn't done anything yet.

I think that if S3 had ended like this and Good Marik was taken to the Shadow Realm, the next Arc would have taken place in the Shadow Realm. The next Arc would have been basically, Yugi and the gang going to the Shadow Realm to rescue Marik/Malik. And while there they would have to face off against all the people who were banished to the Shadow Realm. Yami Kaiba, Yami Marik, Yami Bakura, all of the Rare Hunters, Panik, maybe even Pegasus. There would be a couple of teasers with the Leviathan and Zorc. The Shadow Realm Arc would end with the Gang reentering the world, only to find that it has been taken over by Doma.
