There's medical studies out there explaining how getting Covid provide stronger immunity than vaccine. I'm not a doctor but from what I read in medical journal, it is better than a shot (doesn't imply go get one). So if it is like a shot, then you must be good for 6 months, and it gives you lifetime T and B cell memory, just my own logic here.

There's an African doctor explaining that Covid is 2 phase. Second phase has to do with own body attacking itself. It is his own discovery after treating many patients who got well and then turned south, so thus his hypothesis that it is a 2 phases disease. If you google lose of smell and benadryl (anti histamine), it might connect some dots. Our body is very complex, so I'm still trying to make some connection here too. Another supplement for histamine is quercetin (also found in onion, especially red onion, papaya leaf extract,...) If the African doctor is correct, we can look at long Covid from the lens that the body is overreacting and maybe benadryl, quercetin or other things that target histamine level will help. Cutting down on histamine related food might be another way, cutting down on processed food, sugar...taking lemon juice. I'm just brainstorming, hopefully it helps someone with long covid connect some dots. If you are really interested, look into dandelion leaf, it reduce spike protein in the body, also help those who have vaccine injury/covid.

I know a few friends who have skin diseases, inner itches on one of them, all vaccinated. Sure, no one can prove it is the vaccine but it does make you wonder. I met a pharmacist who told me 3 of his family members got severe side effect after getting the MMR vaccine. He did genetic testing and found out his family cannot take the MMR vaccine. So just some anecdotal here. My daughter took the MRNA Pfizer, 2 shots, end up in ER for breathlessness but doctor can't find what's wrong with her. My sister got stroke like symptoms after 2 Moderna shots and recovering from long haul covid symptom (although she never gotten Covid). I think everyone's body is different, so if you feel something strange, maybe your body is telling you something. My friend who is a nurse told me she seen on average 1 person with strange symptoms coming to her clinic once the vaccine roll out. I personally think if it is an effective vaccine, 3 would suffice already. If it is not, then you will have to forever vaccinate. Unfortunately, no one knows the long term side effect of continuous vaccination.
