Hi im new in dispatching we have dat power and im dispatching for my husband in case there is a lumper fee and we have to pay for it after i send the bol and the lumper receip to broker would i,have to add an extra fee on top of the lumper fee since i use a factoring service and they would deduct the 3.5 % of the lumper amount that was paid out of my husbands pocket?

No, you don't add the factoring fee to the invoice. The only way to avoid this is to have broker pay for the lumper fee directly.
