You dont understand. Plenty of people can claim they're helping and elderly person but just after their money. Take my aunt for example, shes trying to take everything from my grandma under the guise of helping and will end up not sharing anything with my family. All because she claimed my grandmas inept, but shes conpletely fine. Shea conivving and threatened a doctor for his license to get her way. Courts dont realize the family dynamic.
