I think one thing to add, in recent years the supply chain has been at a huge deficit, and as a result, we have had to add offshore yards or contracting lots for lay down material. Its just another addition to your overall logistics planning now. Great videos!!!

Actually i have received some advice from some random guy regarding this issue - he told me to highlight all the essential skills, values that i have learnt during the gap & speak positively about how it will impact the company's growth. What are your views about it - what should i say to hiring manager without being seen as unprofessional in any way. Can i tell them the books i have read during this period on various subjects like psychology, sales & staying updated with field related topics through attending webinars, reading articles etc..
