What Is A CPM Schedule In Construction?

Hey Jason. Right now I’m using CoConstruct. That software only uses CPM method and has no option for Takt. What software would you recommend?

That being said, I’m running small kitchen and bathroom projects where my trades come in for one day and leave until it’s time for finish so I never have any trade stacking. I also build float days into the schedule. If I have 2 or 3 tasks where I’m unsure if they will take 1 or 2 days, I’ll schedule them for 2. It seems to work pretty well for me

I've been on a big job or two where trade stacking was horrible. Gwb and HVAC both claiming the space. HVAC jumped in during break.... But later had to remove their work. As it was a fire wall and drywall installed properly was a must
