This is amazing to hear what other people experience in a DR. I have done it five times. I went in with no assumptions about what was going to happen, no "tools", and sometimes naked. There are recurring patterns for me. I do it for a week while fasting. I hear and maybe understand what people experience, but I wonder WHAT happens for other people. I have gained an inner quietness, a calmness, and deep listening coupled with acknowledgment. DRs have been transforming.
