This is beautiful! First time watching this podcast and love it! Chelsea, you are the reason I started journaling 3 years ago, and also started integrating meditation and overall mindfulness. I have always been an artsy person but I was encouraged to go the traditional college route (focus on bio because obsessed with nature). This was around the time I discovered you, & started creating art and playing with cameras and following those sparks of creative joy. Filming videos and putting together little visual journals has been the most exciting lately, and holding the mindset of play and joy and not perfection has been the most rewarding for me. You have been such an inspiration for many years of my life and I want to thank you:)
