But you dont explain why some people have overgrown muscles tissue, glands, deep fat. You can see they had it because they have the classic turtle turkey neck even the men. The question is why some people have it while for other is just fat and some loose skin that is solved with aggressive liposuction? Its all 100% genetics? It cant be aging as many of these men and women are fairly young
