What is a flipper serial number?

Great definition John. So far in my searches I haven't found any notes other than ones that have 1's and 8's as part of the number. Would love to find a true flipper

I had a $100 bill with 9's & 5's, but first number was different and didn't think it would be of any significance/value. Thanks for the insight! Be good to yourself

They can be binaries also if they're nothing but 9s and 6s
