I am 50 years old and before I mostly trained with my own body weight, but now for about a year I have added training with heavy clubs three to four times a week and now also with a steel mac and two times a week exercises with my own weight. Thank you for the knowledge and effort you both put in and educate people, because I have looked video several times and each time I discovered something new and improved my knowledge.
