I'm learning so much. In popular culture, Jews are being mocked as having too many of these "feasts", but I now realize how these feasts are truly ordered to worship! Beautiful!

The reason I converted to the Catholic Church is due in a large part to Dr. Hahn and the Men at Franciscan Theology Dept. Doctors Bergsma, and Mitch as well Hahn are all former Protestants that now teach and others see the truth, Beauty and Goodness of the Catholic Church. Thank you Men and God Bless.

I left the Catholic church due in large part to discovering the word of God, thousands of hours in church, catechism, and I had no assurance of my name being written in the book of life. The pure word as taught by the Holy Spirit brought me to an understanding of true repentance, born again and the gospel so that I could find salvation and eternal within the cross and resurrection alone. I find it amazing that folks are able to navigate a church change and find what they have searched for.

Dear Dr. Hann I am from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. Small Catholic country. We do not have luxury of teachers like you to explain us the scriptures. But God do great things. This is why I say he is living God. I read the scriptures today but I did not understand it. That time I wished someone could explain me the first reading. So there you go. You explain it clearly This proves us that God bless you all and wiith you and me Amen 🙏

I’m publishing a weekly KZbin video on episodes from the life of Don Bosco, entitled ST JOHN BOSCO by JOE ZAMMIT. In this series I’m narrating events and miracles from the splendid life of Don Bosco. St John Bosco used to perform a miracle almost every day, through the intercession of Mary Help of Christians. From the lives of saints we can learn how to love God more and draw closer to him. Thank you.

Promoting thankfulness and praise to Our God: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed,” Luke 4:18 RSV-CI

In the Bible the Jews started their year with the month of Nissan in the spring. I'm puzzled as to why modern Jews keep their new year at Rosh Hashanah in the autumn.
@orchardenterprises3667 Жыл бұрын
The Israelite Holy Day is Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets, and it is not a new year. The term Rosh Hashana and the new year symbolism was adopted by the Jews after their captivity in Babylon from pagan religions.

Right. Now let's explain that again 😅😂

I'm sure that the Jewish religion will find all of this educational. Jesus saves in the Ark of salvation that outside of there is no salvation. God have mercy on us all. Prayer and penances. Sancta Maria ora pro nobis.
