Thought this might be an interesting and factual video to make especially if you are studying or considering geography past GCSE and into Alevels

I'm thinking about taking geography through to A-level, however I find all the erosion and coasts so boring, but I find the economy side so interesting, how balanced are the 2 sides, is it heavily about the environment or economy

Not sure if you still reply to comments on this video but I'm thinking of choosing it as I found it fairly easy at GCSE. My question is how big is the jump between gcse and A level and is it a subject that you actually need to be interested in to do well in?

Hi! There is a jump but it is manageable there is just a large amount of content, I would say you don’t have to necessarily be interested in it to do well, you just have to understand the concepts and know a fair few facts, if you put effort in you will do well

I haven’t taken Geography but I got a 9 in my first mock and a 9 in another one of my assessments. And i guess because I’ve got good grades so far and a great teacher, I enjoy the subject. Uhhh so I might need some advice. I'm 3/4 through year 11 and I'm planning on taking A level geography. I live in the USA but our school offers certain A level classes but geography is not one of them. I'm already taking A level English and History. In regards to work load I'm fine as geography is my greatest interest and I won for my state. Is it possible to do an A-level geography class online and do it from the book.

Yes I think you can do online a levels, obviously you would have to pay and sit the exam, actually I think it depends if they have any examination centres in the USA that would allow you to sit it

Hi, do you have any tips about how to revise Superpowers and any websites or videos that were really good? I’m really struggling to find resources for this topic :)

Superpower is one I found surprisingly easier to learn seeming as I knew hardly anything about the topic before hand. Understand it in your own way. Draw out little diagrams to explain things. It doesn’t matter if these aren’t geographically correct. As long as you use the terminology when you write it out, that’s all that matters x let me just find you the Website that helped me :)

Hi I wouldn’t say it’s hard to gain marks in, and I can only compare the content to psychology but the content is pretty similar to that, so it’s quite abit but not an extreme amount!:)

Hi, I think you'd still be ok at the essays etc as its more the content than the actual writing and if you've already got a 7 at geography you are obviously very capable at geography and Geog essays :) x
