A web novel (in the context of anime/manga) is a self-published Light Novel. Usually, it is released on the most famous Japanese specific posting platform (similar to Webtoons/Watpad), on a chapter by chapter basis. Things like Re-zero, and Mushoku Tensei where originally web novels, that then got picked up by a major publisher. Though, some English speakers in the self-publishing world call anything online a web novel, so be aware of that as well.

A mangwa is a Korean "manga". Whereas a manhua is a Chinese "manga". Mangwa/manhua usually are in color and made specifically for apps/phones. Meaning there formatting looks incredibly different. In case of both, since they share similar names to manga and some common themes. English speakers (and likely Japanese speakers) consider them to be slight off shoots of manga. Though, if we actually breakdown the mediums they don't actually share to many similarities outside of being Asian comics. Since light novels are a Japanese thing, most manhua and mangwa would be based off of novels from there respective countries. (Though there might be a handful of writers outside of Japan who have written light novels that have gotten adaptations).

Web novels are independently published (primarily on a couple specific Japanese websites). They also usually don't have visuals attached. (Though, a web novel can have visuals and a light novel doesn't need to have them per-say). Also just an interesting note, a lot of web novels are turned into light novels later, having the web novel serving as an official spin off (even though it came first).

@@xade929 No. A webnovel is quite literally just a novel on the web. So, like an E-book. Colored manga don't really have a name and are usually just referred to as, colored manga.

If you have a writing speed of 2k words an hour, (which is not very high for a professional writer) then that is only 25 hours of writing. Now, keep in mind editing takes time. I find a book that length takes around 9-10 hours to edit. That also is not including the outlining stage which varies between writers. Though, I personally have written that much in a week multiple times, (and have documented the process if for some reason my explanation was not clear enough).
