Lia you did a good job sharing your knowledge about the housing market there in England and I thought that you would be really good at selling real estate there in your area. You've got the right look, (beautiful), personally, (funny and caring) and you are intelligent. Good luck.

Wow, that was so interesting!!!! We don’t have nearly as many historic buildings in the US since we are a much newer country. We do have buildings that are considered protected as well which are catalogued in the National Register of Historic Places, but they are only a few hundreds of years old. When you mentioned that a building was listed, that is very different than what we call a building listed. A building or house/home that is listed would be a house that is on the market for sale. I loved that you showed us the history of those buildings and also the beautiful wall surrounding Chichester and it’s history. What a beautiful day you had to video around town! It’s still on my list to see when I cross the pond someday. Lovely, just lovely! Thanks for the tour!!!!

Lia, I just subscribed to this new channel. I wasn't aware of it before. This was absolutely fascinating and I am looking forward to watching your upcoming videos. You were so lucky to have such a sunny day to film your walk about town. I had friends who owned a country estate here in Virginia and they were so proud when it was listed in the National Historic Register. Every improvement they did to their home had to use authentic and historically accurate materials. This included any furnishings. It took them quite a few years to refurbish their home and have it pass all of the necessary regulations in order for it to listed as an historic home. Your vlog today brought back happy memories of my friends' restoration project.

I very much enjoyed this video. This is what I would really like to get from those two Brits. A little less silliness in Those Two Brits videos and more information about where you are visiting and videos of this quality would be great!!! This is the first video I have seen from you that makes me think you took some real time to investigate and learn about what you were showing us. This was a really good video. The best I have seen from you. Please do more of this kind of thing, research and find out real information about where you are going in some of your other videos.

I do have one question. I've noticed on some real estate sites on UK properties, the asking price is an accepting offers starting at price. Are properties sales more like auction sales; or, is it an agency being greedy? As always, stay happy healthy and safe. Enjoy.
@PropertyCouple4 жыл бұрын
Yes but people often negotiate and it’s well known that offers even 10% under the asking price could get accepted. Agents prepare their clients for that too by asking them if they would accept 270k on a house worth 300k for example.. if they were motivated enough to sell
