On a much much smaller scale...start creating hyper targeted content to really serve very specific prospects...run experiments...lots of positive optionality. Your product or service may not have to change at all. Great example of niching way down.

@@AndrewDavisSpeaker - do you know if they zeroed in on "The Suburban Chicken" niche as intentionally as shown in your presentation or was it part of a pattern of reaching out to a lot of niches and this one hit (perhaps among others which were less exciting - "The Pig Whisperer'? ). Did they dive in hard or did they slowly work up into the partnership? Buy some ads then.... ?
