Good video. I personally am searching for information that shows the difference between a goal and a deliverable. Goals are what you are trying to achieve, as in SMART goals, where the deliverable is what you are going to deliver.

Do you have any videos on the best way to pull requirements for a project out of a contract? What is the best way to do this

Requirements should come from the business/end user. The best way to pull requirements is to sit down with key stakeholders and fill out a scope template. I have all of this in my slaypm.com online course. Contracts with 3rd parties should be built off this document.
