I dont get it do you do however many before the prayer, then do the main prayer, then do the other rakats? I just dont understand ☹️

Rakats are only in the prayer not out of the prayer. There are some other videos on the channel which should make it easy to understand

How about the other units of the prayer, or if I am done with the Standing, Bowing, Prostration, and sitting on knees then I am done with the prayer?

If it's the last rakat you end your prayer by going back on your knees and you will be doing tachahoud before ending with the salam. If it's not your last rakat you just stand up and continue with one or several more rakat.

Assalammualaikum akhi, if I was late for prayer but managed to make the 2nd sujood and was just rising, not even a halfway rise, and did not fully get to the full stand up position, before the next prayer time started, is this considered one rakaat? (Attaining a full rakaat). As I'm confused if the rakaah concludes WHILE getting up from the second sujood or only upon fully standing up from that second sujood. May Allah Bless you
