What a bogus court system? The judge cannot deliver a judgement in 3 months, that is dereliction of duty. The judge must deliver the judgement, or refer the case to a bigger panel with all arguments heard. The panel should be able to make a judgement on prior arguments, or ask for written clarifications, and decide in 3 mo.
