A scramjet engine is a supersonic-combustion engine that ditches the compressor and turbine of a typical jet engine and can attain speeds greater than Mach 5!
A few months ago, India’s DRDO (Defense Research and Development Organization) made the news for successfully conducting the maiden flight test of its unmanned scramjet demonstration aircraft for hypersonic speed flight. Yes, that’s a mouthful. The demonstration aircraft was officially called the ‘Hypersonic Technology Demonstrator Vehicle (HSTDV)’. The aircraft was designed to achieve speeds greater than Mach 6. To put that into perspective, a passenger aircraft travels at a speed significantly below Mach 1.
Speeds of Mach 6 or higher are achieved by using scramjet technology. Scramjet technology is extremely difficult to develop and, before India, only three other nations (USA, Russia, and China) have been successful in developing such a technology.

Good explanation! Use the visuals to compliment the explanation rather than just bounce around in a picture slide show.

My husband Roger worked at NASA LaRC as a graphic designer in the Hypersonic Air Breathing Propulsion Lab for 20 years! The slide at 4:17 (drawn by someone else) changes at 4:22 into the exact one he drew while he was working there. In fact it's on his phone and in his portfolio. His is more detailed and has a scramjet type aircraft. That is so cool they briefly included his!

Respectful feedback on your video design: I find those bouncing sliding transitions really visually disruptive and distracting, in a way that makes it significantly harder to learn from the video.

Scramjets do not go below supersonic. Just a major thing to edit. Internal inlet flow reduced, yes, however reduction of the airflow Mach number still indicates supersonic flow. At exhaust during supersonic combustion, the airflow will reach ever hypersonic speed, though usually mach 4-6 at the exit. Mach~9.5 is max reached. Theoretical Mach~18.
