You mention setting up a series llc in each state you wish to conduct real estate in, during this you mention a management company llc for revenue interest. Does that management company need to be tied to each state as well or can that stay in a “host” state? Thank you, just getting in to this and found your videos! Very informative!

I recommend only one management entity, but foreign file it in every state where it conducts business.

Clint advises not to hold operating businesses in Series LLC in states where the cells aren't registered. Did I understand correctly it is reasonable to hold operating businesses within a Wyoming Series parent LLC as each Series is registered with the SOS?

We open a new bank account for every series.

A separate series may need to obtain a DBA if required by the state, e.g., Texas.
