What Is Absinthe? | TT Liquor

Absinthe is a botanical spirit made in a similar way to gin; start with a neutral grain spirit and distil it with different botanicals. For absinthe you need grand wormwood, green anise and fennel seeds.
We sat down with Rhys and Ali from Devil's Botany - the UK's first dedicated absinthe distillery, and asked them to shed a little light on what absinthe is, how it's made and what makes it so magical and mysterious.
