The fridge recommended temp is around 2 Celsius. As long as it’s between 0-5 Celsius (32-41 Fahrenheit). You’re food will be fine

Bullshit, -89.2°C ( -128.6°F/184°K) is the lowest natural temperature that ever recorded in the earth, meanwhile absolute zero is 0°K (273.15°C/459.67°F)

Why does heat travels from hot things to cold things mean? In other words, why isn’t the reverse true - why doesn’t cold travel from cold things to hot things?

bcz higher temperature results in greater energy and energy is what flows from hot to cold objects the reverse isn't true bcz cold results in lesser energy
