Cars form nitrogen oxide too, the engines temperature can get so high it causes nitrogen and oxygen in the air to react, creating nitrogen oxide - nitrogen monoxide and nitrogen dioxide. It causes choking photochemical smog at ground level too, and mixes with sulfur dioxides from the burning of impure fuels. Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide mix with the water vapour in clouds, causing acid rain to fall. Acid rain kills animals and their habitats as well as making lakes acidic. US HUMANS ARE HORRIBLE.

Agreed. Transportation sector is bad, but is not the worst. Look into the livestock industry data and make a video about their effect on our planet. I do believe you had an article in one of your magazines about that, the one from May of 2014, article by Jonathan Foley called "A Five-Step Plan to Feed the World", page 45, "step four-shift diets: it would be far easier to feed nine billion people by 2050 if more of the crops we grew ended up in human stomachs. Today only 55 percent of the world's crop calories feed people directly; the rest are fed to livestock (about 36 percent) or turned into biofuels and industrial products (roughly 9 percent)" Could be cool if NG brought that subject up more often since they have such a large following and people need to know. The pollution aspect is closely related to the animal industry and the way people eat today. It may sound too simple for it to be a solution but, going plant based and choosing more sustainable food could, in fact, solve this issue.

It isn't due to transportation. Most of it comes from industries which could use cleaner energy if countries decided to provide funds for them. In the long run cleaner energy such as solar or wind energy is cheaper than fossil energy because once you're done with the installation you end up producing energy at 0 marginal cost
