I agree bro, I think that the movement to more renting in America and around the world has reproduced a similar dynamic where people are working to pay for a land that they do not own or for something that is not theirs like a subscription.

Even though I do agree that American capitalism started around the time of the transatlantic slave trade, professor Richard Wolff would say that capitalism started after the fall of feudalism. I personally feel that capitalism in some form has always existed. Even a local king asking for excessive taxes is a form of taking the profits for the sake of exploitation
