Good Video - I knew of this, but didn't know what it was called. I know a few investors that buy/finance in their name and move it into the LLC, but don't trip the Acceleration Clause. Due on Sale clause/Acceleration Clause are the same thing right?

Great video! I'm on my way of buying my second property and my broker said it would only take 3.5% down payment. When I mentioned to him that I would purchase than put it under a LLC he said I can't because I would have 90 days to pay off the loan. How can I put a property under a LLC without putting more than 5% down payment?

What’s the purpose of paying 3% down and then leaving after a year and keeping it as an investment home. The mortgage will be so expensive on a 3% down home! Someone help explain. Also do a video alllll about LLCs. Their purpose, how to make them, what to do for out of state investors, downfalls, positives. Just everything u can think of.
