I use to chemically clean system that were 100k to 175k gallon HRSG. Have done many super critical coal units up to 250-300k gallons. I love this stuff so much. CitroSolv gang

Worked as a power engineer 1st class. The plant i retired from 500K HP and 125K LP HRSG to a GE 45 MW steam turine. Waste heat from a 72 MW 6FA gas turbine. HRSG was about 200 ft to the top. Wish we had an elevator.

great description on why boiler tubes might fail. Title of the video should be different. HRSG's need to make superheated steam, the saturated steam coming off the top drum needs reheating...it's an important part of the process.
