Your biggest error is that N.T. water baptism is in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I don't believe you are not saved, only doctrinal error. In fact, you are following the historical baptism that Catholics invented in the second century. The strongest source against your erroneous teaching is the book of Acts, and the Epistles. No one baptized in a triune formula. It was the Apostolic and Ante-Nicene Fathers who historically started baptizing all "three times, and in three titles." Check it out! Even Tertullian baptized three times!
