The dark bit is a cluster of cells with a bit bee bread the bees stored in up in the honey comb. It does happen it’s not ideal for beekeeper.

IMHO yes. No real science behind this yet for a yes but I have several experiences of local honey and local pollen working. If you can get both from a farmers market and do a tiny bit each day... tiny bit is small spoon half filled. Might work for you might not. Keep in mind doing anything from a store is not honey and never feed it to small kids.

This isn’t really bee bread. He’s making this stuff in a factory and calling it bee bread. He’s replicating what bees do. So it’s fake. He uses pollen collected at the entrance of the hives. And then as man mixes it to pretend to be bee pollen.

I got to thinking about honey after watching this. Then a thought hit me for the first time ever. Why are bees the only animal that produces something as beneficial as honey? I can't think of any other animal in the world that provides anything like honey. Maybe cows if you include milk.
